Future Stars Arena is a leading edge training facility and hockey arena, strictly built for the purpose of training our athletes. Our qualified staff is capable of training male and female teams from the beginner level to Jr "A". Our team training programs are custom tailored programs designed in conjunction with the your teams’ coaching staff. Our instructors will work hand in hand with your coaching staff to design the right program to accommodate your team goals, strengths, weakness and overall “wish list”.

Two Head Instructors During all Training Sessions

For no additional cost, all sessions will include 2 head instructors during your training sessions. We are the only school in the Toronto area to include this benefit as a standard feature in its training sessions.

It is important to provide 2 instructors for the following reasons:

* Improves student to instructor ratio
* Provides quicker set up of drills and execution
* Qualified demonstration of drills and skills
* Allows for players to receiving additional attention
* Improves safety and increases supervision
* Ability to separate Forwards and Defense in order to provide position specific training

Standardized Testing:
 
Future Stars Arena & The Canadian Hockey Academy is the only facility/school to offer standardized hockey testing included in its training programs! All players on the team will be put through a set of drills that isolate specific hockey skills crucial in the game of hockey. Click here for list of tests. All tests will be accurately recorded using state of the art laser timing equipment accurate to 1/1000 of a second, radar guns, and speciality shooting machines. Test will measure a players speed, endurance, puck skills and shooting ability. Players will be ranked (based on accurate timing equipment) and can be compared to other team members, different teams, genders, position, age groups and levels. Coaches and players will be able to log into their on-line profile located on our website to check scores and to print reports and stats.
 
Tests will be conducted 3 times a year:

1) Pre-season (August/September) 2) Mid-season (December) 3) Post-season (March)

Test dates are strategically placed inorder to track a players' progress throughout the course of the season.

On-Line Lesson Design by your Coaching Staff

Our “Skills Development” software program will allow you as a coach to log into your teams on-line profile to design your team lessons, check evaluations scores, receive feedback from your instructors, book lessons and file a compliment or a complaint. This is a custom software program designed exclusively for Future Stars Arena. This exciting new training aid will allow you as a coach to track all of your team’s accomplishments, lesson plans and instructor feedback!

Additional features include:

- Coaches and Managers will have the ability to log into their team profile located securely on our website
- Coaches and Managers can log in and make lesson requests for upcoming training sessions that will automatically be emailed to the instructors that are scheduled to work with your team.
- After the completion of each training session your instructor will complete an on-line evaluation and report that will automatically be emailed to the coaching staff
- Coaches and Managers will have full access to all lesson plans and past lesson history 24hrs/7days a week all on-line!

On-Line after Session Reports by our Instructors

In addition to custom designing your team lessons, after each training session the instructor working with your team will complete a lesson evaluation and report that will automatically be emailed to your coaching staff. Your after session report will include an evaluation of the completed lesson and include any applicable comments and recommendations by our staff.
