Birthday Party Policies

ON-ICE PARTY
  • On-ice event is 50 minutes in duration (unless additional ice time has been purchased)
  • Full hockey equipment including helmet is required for all on-ice hockey participants
  • Helmet is required for skating party participants (bicycle hemet is acceptable)
  • All adults over the age of 18 will be required to wear a helmet or sign a waiver release form if they choose not to
PARTY ROOM
  • Party room event is 45 minutes in duration (unless additional time has been purchased)
  • The party room will be opened 10 minutes before the start of your "party room" booking to allow for set-up
  • All bookings receive white disposable plates, napkins and cutlery
  • A microwave and fridge is available to use at no additional cost
PAYMENT
  • 50% of the invoice is payable upon reservation and the balance will be payable upon completion of the party
  • Any additional participants exceeding package limit will "bump" your invoice to the next party package price
  • If paying by credit card you authorize Future Stars Arena to debit the provided credit card to cover the cost of the party
  • Tipping your party co-ordinator is not required but greatly appreciated.
  • No refunds, transfers or credits towards other programs
FOOD & DRINK EXCLUSIONS
  • If food is not required the following discounts to your package will be provided: $15 per pizza & $0.75 per drink
  • Pizza provided is cheese or pepperoni. Additional toppings are subject to extra cost. $3 per topping
  • Kosher pizza is available at an additional cost of $5 per pizza
  • Outside food is permitted during parties
  • Alcohol service is only permitted by obtaining an LCBO permit
