Future Stars Arena

As Future Stars Arena grows and the demand for its programs increases we are launching a new evaluation program that will help to improve the quality of our programs.  By providing a FREE evaluation of your child we will be better suited to ensure that players are being put into the "right" classes to ensure the best development for all our students!

This service is provided FREE of charge based on the following criteria:

1) You are a new client that is unsure what program to register your child for;
2) You are an existing client and would like to see if your child qualifies for a higher level program.
3) The evlauation is FREE but participants will still have to purchase a hockey class inorder to attend the class.

This form must be complete a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled class.
