To protect against sudden illness and sudden changes to your schedule. Future Stars Arena is offering cancellation insurance. 

BENEFITS: Unlimited last minute cancellations for the package for any reason provide that you call 2hrs before start of class. 
FEE: 7% of program fee
Example: $100 + 7% (Cancellation Insurance) = $100 + $7 + HST = $120.91

• Players must be pre-registered
• Full payment must be provided upon registering your child(including Pay as You Play bookings)
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, business checks and cash.
• If paying by check or cash payment is only accepted 24hrs prior to the class session or the student will not be registered.
• Any unpaid balance on account will automatically be charged to the registered credit card.

• Bookings must be made a minimum of 3hrs in advance
• Packages Expire 24 months from date on invoice.
• Lessons can be booked at anytime, frequency or interval and changed with 72 hour notice
• Lessons are available on a "first come, first serve basis"

• Packages can not be shared with siblings, friends etc.
• Every effort is put forth to maintain the student to instructor ratio & participation cap but do to unforeseen circumstances we do not make any guarantees
• FSA reserve the "right" to cancel, adjust times and change program schedules

What Level is your child? (AAA, AA, A, Select, Houseleague & Beginner) 

• We do our best to register players correctly based on their correct level (AAA, AA, A, Select, Houseleague & Beginner)
• It is important that you register your child correctly based on his or her ability. For example if your child plays "AA" than he or she is a "AA" level player and not a "AAA" player.
• If our instructors feel that your child is a higher level than we will move him or her to a higher level program.
• Class levels are put in place so that programs can be productive and challenging and benefit all players involved in the program

• Players attending a class are separated based on ability and age
• Players will be moved up or down to different programs based on the instructors recommendations
• Programs are designed to challenge the highest level in the class
• If a student is not able to keep up in the program than we will move the student to a more suitable program
• We do our best to make sure that players are in the correct age groups and programs
