TEAM TREADMILL SESSIONS
Skating is the foundation of playing hockey. If you do not have the proper skating mechanics, explosive speed, quickness, and balance you’re missing out on the opportunity to out-manoeuvre your competiton. A proper & efficient skating stride is crucial in enhancing overall skating performance. Future Stars Arena’s skating treadmill simulates actual on-ice conditions in a controlled environment that allows the athlete to improve & develop an efficient and powerful skating stride.
Three Team Training options are available:
OPTION A - Skating Treadmill Training only
OPTION B - Treadmill Training & Full Ice Training
OPTION C - Treadmill Training & Sniper Shooting Academy Training
OPTION B & OPTION C packages can be interchanged!

OPTION A - SKATING TREADMILL ONLY
Option A is strictly a skating treadmill training program. Your team will be split into three groups of five players and rotate through different time slots reserved by your team manager.

OPTION B - SKATING TREADMILL & FULL ICE TRAINING
OPTION B combines the Skating Treadmill in addition to training on the full rink with our on-ice hockey school. Our treadmill is located at rink level parallel to Rink #2. Players will rotate from the full rink to the skating treadmill.

OPTION C - SKATING TREADMILL & SNIPER SHOOTING ACADEMY
OPTION C combines skating treadmill training and Sniper Shooting Academy training. This is a great program to balance skating development and shooting development in one visit to the arena.
