Thank you for taking the time to register for a service at Future Stars Arena! All first time clients are required to officially register by completing the appropriate registration form(s). Once completed, additional bookings can be made by calling the office at (416) 782 - 2822 or by email 

How do I register?

Step 1: Select the appropriate register link below
Step 2: Complete all required fields
Step 3: Read all policies
Step 4: Press the "submit" button
Step 5: You will receive an auto-response computer generated invoice/email. This is not your official invoice. Our office will manually charge your credit card the correct fee.
Step 6: If you do not receive an email confirmation from our office within 2 hours (during business hours), please call our office at (416) 782 - 2822 to confirm that your registration was succesful.
