Information

Course Description

The perfect program for the aspiring hockey player with no hockey experience. Lots of fun and games balanced with hockey and skating instruction including puck skills, crossovers, forwards and backwards, stops and starts and game play. Great preparation for players signed up for there first hockey team. Full hockey equipment is required. Players must be able to skate from point A to point B without any help or falling.

Training Equipment

On-ice training-equipment including spring boards, rebound boxes, radar guns, deeking devises, electronic nets, bunji resistance, parallel bars, checking bags and speed machines will be utilized as training aids. See our video for sample drills!
